Project Management
Adman Leku understands your need for exceptional project management services. We manage every project detail to ensure we are hitting cost, schedule and quality requirements for our customers.
Once a project receives the green light, a project manager and a dedicated team of engineers, quality, and production leaders are assigned. This group of personnel remains with the project for its complete life cycle. The project manager is dedicated to your job and will constantly examine schedules, facility resource capacity, labor and material resources, and costs.
Our promise as a composites manufacturer and assembly supplier is to provide you with a personalized solution that is on-time and on-budget every time.
Design &
Engineering
Adman Leku can take full responsibility for all the design, engineering, and process specifications in a project. We can alternatively operate in a build-to-print mode by receiving signed-off CAD models and material specifications from our clients and develop the manufacturing solution for them.
All our CAD, CAE, and CAM activities are performed within the Siemens NX platform but can work with files from any major CAD system.
Depending on the scope of the project, Adman Leku can produce evaluation and validation prototypes up until a first article inspection (FAI) part has been approved.
5 Axis CNC
Patterns
Using the latest CAD/CAM processing systems our highly skilled team is able to program highly complex paths for the machining or patterns and direct tooling, as well as doing the required part trimming.
Our 5 Axis machining centers have a max bed size capability of X = 4.8 m / Y = 2.6 m / Z = 1.2 m and are capable of high-speed machining of advanced composite materials, patterns, and direct tooling. We can machine an array of materials and alloys with accuracies suitable for aerospace applications.
Tooling
Adman Leku can supply in-house tooling design and production or work with third-party companies. These services can be provided in support of a production program or as a stand-alone service. Depending on the production process, the geometry of the part, and the number of units required, Adman Leku offers a variety of tooling technologies to suit a variety of budgets and program needs.
For short prototype runs, we typically supply epoxy tooling board molds, which are low-cost with quick turnaround, whereas metal and composite tooling are the preferred options for high-rate aerospace production programs.

In the interest of being able to supply a complete solution to our clients, we offer a variety of coating solutions.
Once out of production, our coating specialists paint parts to the required specifications, including UV protection and a variety of aesthetic finishes.
Once production tooling is completed, a component goes into production. Depending on the component geometry, required strength, tolerances, surface requirements, and volume, Adman Leku selects the optimum and most cost-effective process and curing cycle:
-
Pre-preg (Autoclave / out-of-autoclave)
-
Vacuum Infusion
-
Compression molding
